Consignment Services

Sell and consign your collected work(s) or goods through Atrium HI.

We are offering virtual and direct consignment opportunities for local and international collectors.

Virtual consignment entails listing work(s) or goods through the gallery to be sold solely online. A request for consignment services must be submitted to the gallery for consideration prior to initiating a consignment agreement. The consigner does not physically provide the listed work(s) or goods to the gallery and is responsible for artwork management, care, packing, and shipping once listing is sold through the gallery. Consignor guarantees the work(s) or goods listed is not a replica, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy.  Documentation for proof of authenticity for any work(s) or goods must be submitted to gallery for validation prior to approval of listing. All work(s) or goods submitted for listing will be subject to authenticity check, completed by by experts at Atrium HI and affiliated parties. Atrium HI will notify consignor after the listed work(s) or goods has been sold. Consigner payment will be held until confirmation of secure delivery for sold work(s) or goods is received from the purchasing customer. Confirmation by purchasing customer must be made within 72 hours of actual delivery date. Payment for consigner will process within 72 hours of customer confirmation received for secure delivery of virtually consigned sold work(s) or goods or in the incident of payment released by default.

Direct consignment entails listing work(s) or goods through the gallery to be sold through pop-up retail, private and online sales. A request for consignment services must be submitted to the gallery for consideration prior to initiating a consignment agreement. The consigner provides the listed work(s) or goods to the gallery for artwork management, care, packing, and shipping once sold through the gallery. The consigner can provide listed work(s) or goods to the gallery through direct shipping or scheduling a local drop off. Consignor guarantees the work(s) or goods listed is not a replica, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy.  Documentation for proof of authenticity for any work(s) or goods must be submitted to gallery for validation prior to approval of listing. All work(s) or goods submitted for listing will be subject to authenticity check completed by by experts at Atrium HI and affiliated parties. Atrium HI will notify consignor after the listed work(s) or goods has been sold. Consigner payment will process once a month, on the 15th day of each month (or the first work day after the 15th) after which the items were sold through direct consignment. 

Gallery commission from Consignor is as follows: 

20% of the final price (excluding taxes) of the Property sold through direct consignment with the Gallery. 

15% of the final price (excluding taxes) of the Property sold through virtual consignment with the Gallery.
