Orders and Shipping

Order Status Inquiries 

Immediately following all purchases, a confirmation email is delivered to collectors’ inboxes containing an itemized receipt and an estimated delivery date. Please note this estimated delivery date after purchase. If this date has not yet passed, Atrium HI’s customer service representatives will not be able to provide additional information regarding the status of the order. Atrium HI will assume final sale and begin processing order(s) for shipment 48 hours after order submission and confirmation. Collectors can be certain that their order is in process, and that they will receive a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.

Order Cancellations

Collectors have 48 hours to cancel an online order submitted on Please email [email protected] or contact us to cancel your order. Please include customer name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting to cancel your order. After 48 hours, Atrium HI will assume final sale and will fulfill the order by the estimated ship date. In the rare case that the estimated ship date passes before an order is shipped, Atrium HI, in its sole discretion, may allow an order cancellation.

Shipping Info

Most products will require 1-3 days from purchase date for processing, packing, and shipping. Shipping services used includes USPS Priority Mail or UPS (Continental), Fed Ex or DHL (International)

Shipping charges are weight-based and are calculated at checkout. There are some products that include additional shipping charges, due to their dimensional size, these products include over-sized ceramics, fine art and sculptures. If you are interested in one of these products and would like to know an accurate shipping charge prior to purchase, please contact us and we would be happy to get you a quote.

Lost or Stolen Items

Atrium HI assumes that all provided address information is correct and that collectors are able to receive packages at their shipping addresses. Once an order is released to the mail courier, the collector bears the responsibility of tracking their package and ensuring that they are able to receive it.

If you believe that your package has been stolen, please file a report with your local police department, and notify any neighbor or front office representative who might have accepted the package on your behalf.

Undelivered Orders 

Atrium HI is not responsible for bounced packages or misdelivery of shipments. Atrium HI assumes that all address information provided by the collector is correct and that collectors are able to receive packages at their provided shipping addresses. An undelivered order (that is returned to Atrium HI by the courier) may be reshipped at the collector’s expense.

If a collector would like to cancel a shipment that has already been returned by the mail courier, Atrium HI will subtract a 20% restocking fee based on the item’s original purchase price from the refund. Shipping charges are never refundable.

International Orders

The collector is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; Atrium HI has no control over international customs charges, nor can Atrium HI predict what they may be. The collection of these charges may be administered by the mail courier (such as FedEx and DHL). Such charges are separate and independent from shipping charges calculated on the Atrium HI site.

Please contact your local customs office for more information on import fees. Atrium HI will not issue refunds for refused packages. Atrium HI ships to most countries around the globe.
