RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All artwork sales are final.

If you purchased an artwork from Atrium HI and it no longer speaks to you, we can work with you to resell the piece on consignment through the gallery. Contact us for further details.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted on ALL GALLERY BRANDED MERCHANDISE OR EDITIONED WORKS THAT ARE DIRECTLY ISSUED THROUGH ATRIUM HI ONLY. FOR GALLERY BRANDED MERCHANDISE OR EDITIONED WORKS OF ATRIUM HI, A REFUND/RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER DELIVERY. YOU MAY EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OF THE EXACT TOTAL ITEM(S) VALUE.

Refunds and returns ON ALL OTHER ARTWORKS AND GOODS SOLD THROUGH ATRIUM HI ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN THE INCIDENT OF THE COLLECTOR RECEIVING THE PURCHASED WORKS OR GOODS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY. FOR DAMAGED WORKS AND GOODS RECEIVED, A DAMAGED SHIPMENT REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING ORDER DELIVERY. YOU MAY EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR PURCHASE FOR A REFUND OF THE EXACT TOTAL ITEM VALUE.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted provided the items have not been worn or used, and are returned in the state you received them. All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt. Only regular priced or damaged items may be refunded, returned, or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

If submitting a return or exchange not related to damaged artworks or goods, the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Refunded credit issued will not include any shipping or insurance charges.

For all voluntary refunds and returns of gallery branded merchandise or editioned works directly issued through Atrium HI, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed on the collectors refund based on the item’s original purchase price. Shipping charges are never refundable. No restocking fee will be imposed on collectors for refunds and returns of damaged works or goods.

Please email [email protected] or contact us to submit an inquiry for a refund/return or exchange request when returning gallery branded merchandise or editioned works of Atrium HI.Collector must submit inquiry within thirty days of receiving order delivery. Please include customer name, order number, and a brief explanation of the circumstance for the item return or specification of requested item exchange. We will notify you of the approval or rejection for your request within 1-3 (business days) via email after submitting for review. THE COLLECTOR MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF APPROVAL FOR THEIR REFUND/RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST FROM ATRIUM HI PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE REQUESTED RETURN TO THE GALLERY. DO NOT SHIP THE RETURN ITEM UNTIL THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR REFUND/RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST APPROVAL RESPONSE IS RECEIVED FROM THE GALLERY.

Once your return is received by the gallery and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection for your refund/return or exchange request within 1-3 (business days) of completed inspection. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All cash returns require a receipt. Credit purchase refunds may require 3-7 days from the date of return. Check purchase refunds may require 14 days from the date of return. All refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your return/refund submission was approved and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. If refund is not available, next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] for direct support with your late or missing refund. Please include contact name and order number in your inquiry.

We reserve the right to not accept a return or issue a refund/exchange in the event that the item is found to have suffered the reported damage after delivery.

Damaged Artwork / Faulty Goods

Please closely examine packaging and artwork/goods on arrival before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, decline the package and have the shipper send back to Atrium HI.

Any noticed damage upon receiving or unpacking a work or goods directly shipped from Atrium HI is subject for a damaged shipment refund/exchange review. Please contact us to submit an inquiry for a damaged shipment refund/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving any damaged artwork or items. Please include digital images of the damage to artwork or items and packaging if applicable. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable). We will notify you of the approval or rejection for your request within 1-3 (business days) via email after submitting for review.THE COLLECTOR MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF APPROVAL FOR THEIR DAMAGED SHIPMENT REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST FROM ATRIUM HI PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE REQUESTED RETURN TO THE GALLERY. DO NOT SHIP THE RETURN ITEM UNTIL THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENT REFUND/EXCHANGE REQUEST APPROVAL RESPONSE IS RECEIVED FROM THE GALLERY.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered the reported damage after delivery.
